Death Of Matt Fenelon, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Wednesday 28th August 2024 of Mr Matthew (Matt) Lazarian Fenelon (former butcher), Tooreenbrien, Newport, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Knockdrumagh, Myshall, Co. Carlow and Cabra Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his infant daughter, Baby Mary Johanna, his parents, sisters and brothers; Mr Fenelon passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence, while in the loving care of his devoted wife Maureen.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Maureen, niece and cherished God daughter Orlaith (Brennan) Carlow, brothers-in-law Peter Brennan, Denis and Maurice O’Connor, cousins, extended relatives, kind neighbours and many dear friends, especially in his beloved town of Thurles.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Fenelon will repose at his home (V94 R2W4), Tooreenbrien Upper, Newport on Saturday afternoon next, August 31st from 3:30pm until 7:30pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Newport on Sunday morning, September 1st, at 11:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Rockvale Cemetery Newport, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Mary Fahey, Boherlahan, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday 28th August 2024, of Mrs Mary Fahey (née Heffernan), Gaile, Boherlahan, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Ballycullane, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick.

Pre-deceased by brothers Pakie, Michael, James and her sister Josephine; Mrs Fahey passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Tommy, daughters Majella, Jacinta and Ann, son John, sons-in-law James, Jodi and Pat, daughter-in-law Nicola, grandchildren Mark, Louise, Sarah, Stephen, Ciara, Aisling, Dean, Josh, Katie, Ava and Tom, great-grandchildren Chloe and Luke, brothers Johnny, Noel, Tommy and Liam, sisters Patsy, Kathleen, Anne, Geraldine, Bernadette and Jacinta, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbour and friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Boherlahan, Co. Tipperary on Sunday morning, September 1st, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Ardmayle Graveyard, Ardmayle, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Monday 26th August 2024, of Mrs Mary O’Connell (née O’Reilly) Main Street, Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

In her 87th year and pre-deceased by her loving husband Dan, brothers Jimmy, Kieran and Frankie; Mrs O’Connell passed away peacefully.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; sisters Theresa, Philomena and Nancy and brother Joe, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of the Assumption, Ballingarry, Thurles to further repose for Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning, August 28th, at 10:30am, followed, immediately afterwards, by interment in the adjoining graveyard.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Sunday 25th August 2024, of Mr Patrick (Patsy) O’Rahilly, Brawnbrack Stud, Kilkennybeg, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his adored son Diarmuid and son-in-law Denis; Mr O’Rahilly passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; devoted wife Mary, sons Michael and Padraig, daughters Elaine, Patricia, Paula and Yvonne, daughters-in-law Bernie and Siobhan, son-in-law John, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother Joe, sister Catherine, brother-in-law Benny, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 24th August 2024 of Mr John Ryan (Phil), Toureen, Rossmore, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Foileen, Milestone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his sisters Maureen (O’Dwyer) and Lil (Ryan), brother Phil; Mr Ryan passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, at his place of residence.

His passing is most is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Teresa, son Martin, daughter Noreen (Ryan), daughter-in-law Triona, son-in-law PJ, grandchildren Kate, Amy, Lorna, Orla, Jack and Therese, sister-in-law Kathy, brother-in-law Con, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

His remains will be received into the Church of Jesus Christ Our Saviour, Rossmore, Co. Tipperary on Tuesday morning to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining cemetery.
