Death Of Mary Graham, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 7th December 2024, of Mrs Mary Graham (née Healy), Killeens, Ballynonty, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by her parents Denis & Chrissie Healy, brothers Paddy and Bob and baby grandson Graham; Mrs Graham passed away peacefully at Cherry Ward, University Hospital Waterford, Co. Waterford.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Jim, son Charles, daughter Caroline, adored grandson Conor, brother Denis, sisters Breda and Ann, sisters-in-law Annette and Mary, brother-in-law Joe, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Graham will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, Killenaule, Thurles (E41 HH66) on Tuesday afternoon next, December 10th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her funeral cortège will leave from the home of her daughter Caroline, on Wednesday morning, December 11th, to be received into the Church of St Joseph the Worker, Moyglass, Fethard, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30 am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

Death Of John O’Grady, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Mr John O’Grady (Culbáire), Pinehurst, Clongour, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

In his 94th year, and pre-deceased by his brothers Jim and Paddy; Mr O’Grady passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. while in the care of staff at Acorn Lodge Nursing Home, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Ann (née Treacy), sons Martin, Sean and Brian, daughters-in-law Tara, Gina and Maria, grandchildren Juanita, Katie, Calum, Rory, Billy and Max and their mother Susi, great-grand-daughter Ellen-Rose, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law Denis, sister-in-law Mary, cousins, extended relatives, former colleagues and pupils of Thurles CBS, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

The earthly remains of Mr O’Grady will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Sunday afternoon, December 8th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, same evening.
His remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Monday morning, December 9th, at 10:30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Killinan Cemetery, Killinan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Anna Cormack O’Dwyer, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Thursday 5th December 2024, of Mrs Anna Cormack O’Dwyer, The Bungalow, Ballintaggart, Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her parents Jimmy and Mary; Mrs Cormack O’Dwyer passed away peacefully, following a long illness, most bravely borne.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband John, son James, sister Kathleen, brother Eamon, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law Cissie, aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Death Of Johanna Jones, Formerly Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 1st December 2024 of Mrs Johanna Mary Jones, (née Dwyer) Heaton Norris, Stockport, Cheshire and formerly of Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

In her 87 year and pre-deceased by her dearly loved partner Mr Jimmy Connolly, Mrs Jones passed away peacefully, whilst fortified by the rites of Holy Mother Church.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; daughter Bunny, grandchildren Johanna, Teresa and Lizzie, great-grandchildren Georgia and Isobel, brother Steve, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Death Of Mary Barrett, Late Of Templemore, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Thursday 5th December 2024, of Mrs Mary Barrett (née Ryan), Inniscarra View, Ballincollig, Co. Cork and late of Templemore, Co. Tipperary and Wembley, Brent, north-west London.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Joe, sister Margaret (Griffin), sister-in-law of Maun, Breda, Kitty and Ned, Seamus and dear friend Margaret (Heffernan late of Templemore and London); Mrs Barrett passed away peacefully at Norwood Grange Nursing Home, Ballinora, Waterfall, Co. Cork, while in the presence of her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; sons James and Denis, daughters Anne and Maria, sons-in-law Ian and Fearghal, daughters-in-law Nora and Johanna, grandchildren Dean, Jody and Finian, sister-in-law Theresa, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of St Mary and St John, 28-63 Station Rd, Ballincollig, to further repose for Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Oliver’s Cemetery, Carrigrohane, Co. Cork.
