It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 10th December 2024, of Mr Eddie Olden, Cabragh Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Cork.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Margot, brothers John, Dan and Tom, sister Dina, sister-in-law Maura and brother-in-law Robert; Mr Olden passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Four Fern’s Nursing Home, Brighton Rd, Foxrock, Co. Dublin.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; daughters Susan, Nodlaig and Julie, sons-in-law Mark, Neil and Paul, grandchildren Helen, Amy, Kate, Jack, Alma and Orla, sisters-in-law Maura, Ann, Nodlaig and Ruth, brothers-in-law Michael and John, nephews, nieces, wonderful friends and neighbours.

The earthly remains of Mr Olden will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Friday afternoon, December 13th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening. His remains will be received into the Church of St Joseph and St Brigid, Bothar-na-Naomh, Thurles on Saturday morning, December 14th, at 10:30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Holycross Abbey graveyard, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Joe and Dinah, sisters Marian and Suzanne, nephew Steven, niece Christina, mother-in-law Mary (Fahey) and brother-in-law Denis; Mr Mulcaire passed away unexpectedly, while in the care of staff at the ICU Ward, Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co.Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Jacinta, daughter Ciara, son Dean, brothers Michael and Billy, sisters Breda and Margaret, father-in-law Tommy Fahey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Pre-deceased by her loving brother James, parents Eddie and Mary Joe; Mrs Phelan passed away peacefully at Waterford University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents Kathleen and William, her husband’s Ailbe O’Meara and Des O’ Neill, beloved son Gerard and sister Jo; Mrs O’Neill passed away peacefully while in the presence of her daughter Gabrielle, and while in the care of staff at Acorn Lodge Nursing Home, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband Mick; Mrs O’Dwyer passed away peacefully, while surrounded by her loving family, in the care of staff at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny, following a short illness most bravely borne.
