Death Of Séan Cahill, Gooldscross, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Saturday 21st December 2024, of Mr Séan Cahill, Ballymore, Gooldscross, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by his parents Jack and Johanna Cahill and his sister Peggy O’Sullivan; Mr Cahill, sadly, passed away unexpectedly at his place of ordinary residence.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; brother Tommy, nieces Kay and Trisha, nephews John and Damien, grandnieces, grandnephew, extended relatives, good neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Cahill will repose at Haye’s Funeral Home, Clonoulty, Co. Tipperary on Friday afternoon, December 27th, from 5:30pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Church of St John the Baptist, Clonoulty, to further repose for Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in Cormac’s Cemetery, Wallers Lot, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Mick Fogarty, Formerly Of Leugh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 19th December 2024, of Mr Michael (Mick) Fogarty, Cothill, Woodford, Co. Galway and formerly Leugh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his brother Peter and his daughter Anne; Mr Fogarty (formerly of Coillte), passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at University Hospital, Galway, surrounded by his loving family.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; his wife May, daughters Edel (Fogarty, Dublin), Carol (Hogg, Dublin), and Michelle (Eustace, Ennis), his son Brian, sister Nora (Doran, Thurles), sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren Leah, Ruby, Iona, Darragh, Ollie and Sadie, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends, including those in the GAA communities of counties Galway and Tipperary.

The earthly remains of Mr Fogarty will repose at St. Mary’s Funeral Home, Woodford, Co. Galway (H62 YV04), this evening, Saturday, December 21st, from 6:00pm, concluding with prayers at 8:00pm.
His remains will be received into the Church of St. John the Baptist, Woodford, Co. Galway, on tomorrow morning, Sunday, December 22nd, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 19th December 2024, of Mrs Mary O’Shea, Grawn, Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband James and her son Seamus; the passing of Mrs O’Shea, is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; son Richard, daughter Caitriona, adored grandchildren Aaron, Gus, Niah, her daughter-in-law Kelly, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews,extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Death Of Sr. Bridget Carr, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 19th December 2024, of Sr. Bridget Carr, Stella Maris Convent, Eaton Crescent, Swansea South Wales, and formerly of Knockmaroe, Milestone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her loving parents Matthew and Mary, her brothers Edmond, Tom and Matt and her sister-in-law Christina; Sr. Bridget passed away peacefully.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; sister Sr. Mary and her religious community, brothers Pakie and Bernard, her sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Wednesday 18th December 2024, of Ms Anna Fitzgerald, Hazel Valley, Ballinastick, Coalbrook, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her father Tom, her mother Cissie and her sister Rita; Ms Fitzgerald sadly passed away suddenly at her place of ordinary residence.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; son Kieran, his partner Sarah and her beloved granddaughter Lily, her sister Majella (Crosse), brothers Tomas and Liam, sisters-in-law Eileen and Bernie, brothers-in-law Seamus and Tom, nephews Damien, Kevin, Jamie, Eoin, Darren , Shane, Alan, Declan, Aidan, Sean and Darragh, aunts and uncles, extended relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
