Death Of Han Costello, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 21st January 2025, of Mrs Hannah (Han) Costello (née Duggan) Bouladuff, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Ard Mhuire, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband John, sisters Bríd and Mary, parents Mick and Maisie; Mrs Costello, sadly, passed away unexpectedly, while in the presence of her loving family and in the care of staff at University Hospital Limerick, Limerick city and Milford Care Centre.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; sons John and Declan, daughter-in-law Rie, sisters Carmel, Clare and Esther, brother Jimmy, sister-in-law Bríd, brother-in-law Ken, nieces Sarah, Aisling and Mika, nephews Sean, Brendan and Colm, grand-niece, grand-nephews, aunt Nell (O’Brien), extended relatives, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Costello will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday January 22nd, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Munroe, Inch, Bouladuff, Thurles, on Thursday morning, January 23rd, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Bouladuff, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Rina Piercy, Formerly Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 20th January 2025, of Mrs Rina Piercy (née O’Gorman), Seaview Park, Tramore, Co. Waterford and formerly of Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her beloved parents; her sister Mary B and her brother Eamonn; Mrs Piercy, sadly, passed unexpectedly at her place of ordinary residence.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Eamon, daughters Olive and Mary, son Colm, sister Alice, brothers Sean, Brendan, Joe and Larry, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

The earthly remains of Mrs Piercy will repose at Falconer’s Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford, on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday January 22nd, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
The funeral cortège bearing the remains of Mrs Piercy will walk from Lodges Corner/Tramore Credit union at approximately 9:40am, before being received into the nearby Church of the Holy Cross, Summerhill, Tramore, Co. Waterford, to further repose for Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, January 23rd, at 10:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in St Declan’s Cemetery, Tramore, Co. Waterford.

Death Of Mary Quirke, Clonoulty, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 21st January 2025, of Mrs Mary Quirke (née Moloney), Churchquarter, Clonoulty, Co. Tipperary and late of Fedamore, Co. Limerick.

Pre-deceased by her husband Séan and brother Mike; Mrs Quirke passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Limerick University Hospital, Limerick City.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; daughters Leona, Deirdre, Orla, Rosanne and Ciara, sons-in-law Ian and Rory, her adored grandchildren Keelan, Hayley, Deon, Leah, Shauna, Alesha, Dylan, Abbie, Jay, Alex and Jamie, mother Breda, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Due to the Red Warning for Storm Éowyn, her remains will be received into the Church of St. John the Baptist, Clonoulty to further repose for Requiem Mass, on Saturday morning, January 25th, at 11:30am, followed by interment in Clonoulty Cemetery.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Tuesday 7th January 2025, of Mrs Mary Kelly (née Ryan), London, United Kingdom and formerly of Knockmaroe, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her brothers Tommy and Gerard; her passing is most deeply regretted sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Eamon, daughter Josephine (Rice), son Laurence, grandchildren Charlie and James, son-in-law, brothers Br Alphonsus (Order of Friars Minor Capuchin) and Michael, sister Annie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Thursday 19th December 2024, of Sr Bridget Carr, Stella Maris Convent, Swansea, Wales, and formerly of Knockmaroe, Milestone, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her loving parents Matthew and Mary, her brothers Edmond, Tom and Matt and her sister-in-law Christina; Sr Bridget passed away peacefully.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; her sister Sr. Mary, brothers Pakie and Bernard, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended relatives, Stella Maris Convent community and many friends.
