Death Of Willie Tynan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 24th September 2024 of Mr William (Willie) Tynan, Curraheen, Horse and Jockey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Bridget, his brothers and sisters; Mr Tynan passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, while in the care of staff at South Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; sisters Eileen (Gleeson) and Phyllis (Shaw), nieces, nephews and a special mention for his nieces Yvonne (Bell) and Jennifer (Costello), extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Tynan will repose at the home of his niece Ms Jennifer Costello, Curraheen, Horse and Jockey, Thurles, (Eircode E41 R7W3), on Wednesday afternoon next from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Church of St Peter, Moycarkey, Thurles, on Thursday morning at 10:40am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment in the nearby Old Graveyard, Moycarkey. Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
