It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday 29th March 2023 of Ms Christina Long, Glengoole South, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Ms Long passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Thurles, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving children Gerard, Andrew and Jenise, grandchildren James, Sean & Claire, daughter-in-law Janette, son-in-law Baz, great grandchildren Charlie, Harry, Sophie, Oliver, Joey, Lexi, Kyah & Mila, brothers and sisters Ned, Cait, Pauline, Doris, Patsy & Mary, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Ms Long will repose at her residence in Glengoole South, (New Birmingham), Thurles, on Thursday afternoon next, March 30th, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St. Patrick and St. Oliver, Glengoole, Thurles on Friday morning, March 31st, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining Church graveyard.
