It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 9th January 2023, of Sr. Consilio (Peg) Carroll Presentation Convents, Fermoy, Co. Cork, and formerly of Mitchelstown, Co. Cork and Bohernamona, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her sister Nellie and brother Micheal; Sr. Consilio passed away peacefully in her 99th year; while in the care of staff at Conna Nursing Home.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving Presentation Sisters, including past colleagues in both Fermoy and Mitchelstown, her neighbours, good friend Anne Dwane and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Sr. Consilio will repose at Martin Neligan & Sons Funeral Home, The Old Train Station House, St Bernard’s Place, Fermoy, Co. Cork, on Thursday evening, January 12th, 2023, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St. Patrick, Church Square, Duntahane, Fermoy, Co. Cork on Friday morning January 13th, at 9:45am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 10:00am.
Interment will follow immediately afterwards in the Presentation Convent cemetery, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
All those attending the funeral services are asked to please respect social distancing guidelines.
