It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 13th July 2022, of Mr Seamus Maher, Beechmount, Two Mile Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Nora; Mr Maher passed away peacefully at his place of residence, surrounded by his loving family and following an illness most bravely borne.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his heartbroken family; devoted wife Maura (née Tobin), sons Brian and James, daughter Kate, their partners Eimear, Nicole and Oisín, grand-children Grace, Sean and Aoibhe, sister Eileen (Foster), brothers Bill, Eamon, Michael and P.J., nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law Ronnie and James, sisters-in-law Máire, Anne and Deirdre, Catherine (Perron), Rita (Hackett), Bríd (Delap), Eamon’s partner Yvonne, uncle Paddy, aunt Anastasia, cousins and extended relatives, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Maher will repose at his residence in Beechmount, Two Mile Borris, Thurles, on Saturday evening, July 16th, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
His body will be received into the Church of St. James, Two Mile Borris, Thurles, on Sunday morning, July 17th, at 11:30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon.
Private cremation will take place on Monday, July 18th.
