It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Sunday 29th May 2022, of Mr Micheál Granger, Corbally, Thurles, Co. Tipperary; formerly of Dublin and Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny.
Pre-deceased by his brother Richard, sisters Colette and Kitty. Mr Granger passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Ardeen Nursing Home, Abbey Rd, Garryvicleheen, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Chris, his loving family; Lorraine, Derek, Fiona and Sinead, grandchildren Leah and Shane, sons-in-law Finbarr and Stephen, sisters Phyllis (Saunders) and Carmel (Flanagan), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Granger will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Tuesday evening, May 31st, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
His body will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Wednesday morning, June 1st, at 10.30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles.
