It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Saturday last, 16th April 2022, of Mr Andrew Byrne, Tullamaine House, Callan, Co Kilkenny and formerly of Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his father Liam, brother Liam and sister Marie; Mr Byrne passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, while in the care of staff at Cork University Hospital.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his sorrowing family; loving wife Mary, children Joseph, Edel, Liam, Claire and Linda, grandchildren, Luca, Adam and Lola, daughters-in-law Sharon and Chinwe, son-in-law Jason, mother Mary, brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Byrne will repose at P. Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan, Co. Kilkenny on Wednesday afternoon, April 20th, from 3:00pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7:00pm.
His body will be received into the Church of the Assumption, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles for Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11:30am, followed immediately afterwards by interment in the adjoining graveyard.
[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending Requiem Mass will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing, face covering, with no hand shaking.]
