It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today, Tuesday 5th April 2022, of Mrs Rose Killeen (née Cormican), Rehan, Tynagh, Co. Galway.
Predeceased by her husband Tim; Mrs Killeen passed away peacefully, while in the loving care of St. Brendan’s Community Nursing Unit, Loughrea, Co. Galway; surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family.
The passing of Mrs Killeen is most deeply regretted by her immediate family sons Michael, James [(Jim) Manseltown, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary] and daughter Mary (Egan), grandchildren, Roseanne, Blake, John, Gary, Alan, Michelle and Ronan, together with partners, Paddy, Kirsty, Laura, Tracy and Brendan; great grandchildren, Kiera, Micheál, Cian, Ruairí, Owen, Harrison, Roger, Cáthal, Aoibhínn and Anna; daughters-in-law Marcella and Caroline, son-in-law Mike, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Killeen will repose on Thursday evening next, April 7th, at St. Joseph’s Funeral Home, Garryad, Killimor, Co. Galway, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Removal will take place on Friday April 8th, from Rose’s home to be received into the Church of St. Laurence’s, Redpark, Tynagh, Co. Galway, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Duniry old Cemetery, Killimor, Co. Galway.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mrs Killeen, but are unable to do so, due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic; same can be viewed online HERE.
[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending Requiem Mass will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing, face covering, with no hand shaking.]
