It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Tuesday 28th December 2021, of Dr. Martin Callanan, Dublin 4, Co. Dublin and formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Dr Callanan passed away peacefully following a short illness, while in the care of staff at St. Colmcille’s Hospital Bray Road, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his wife Geraldine, his sister Anne, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and friends, (especially Kamilla and Paul).

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Dr Callanan will be received into the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, 230 Merrion Road, Dublin 4, to repose for Requiem Mass at 10:00am on Friday morning, December 31st, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, 158 Harold’s Cross Rd, Harold’s Cross, Dublin, at 3:00pm.
