Death Of Mary Dwyer, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 17th October 2021, of Mrs Mary Dwyer (née Lennon), Glasnevin, Dublin and formerly of Graigue, Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Martin and daughter Rosaleen; Mrs Dwyer passed away peacefully while in her 91st year; in the loving care of her family and the staff of the Beneavin Lodge Nursing Home, Glasnevin.

Her passing is most sadly missed by her sons Sean, Patrick, Martin, Kevin and Bernard, daughter Deirdre, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, Dublin on this afternoon, Tuesday, October 19th, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm for family and close friends only.
Her earthly remains will be received into the Church of St. Columba, No. 9 Iona Road, Dublin later, to arrive at 5.00pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday morning, October 20th, at 10:30am, followed by interment in Glasnevin Cemetery, Finglas Rd, Glasnevin, Dublin.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Dwyer, but are unable to do so, due to current virus restrictions; this evening’s removal and funeral Mass on Wednesday, can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
