Death Of Jim Ryan, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness and regret, that we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 20th January 2021, of Mr James (Jim) Ryan, Castleview Drive, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and formerly of Galbertstown, Holycross, Co. Tipperary and Coillte.

Mr Ryan passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Our Lady of Fatima Nursing Home, Oakpark, Tralee, Co Kerry.

Predeceased by his grandson Liam and brother Michael; his passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Maura, his adored sons Kevin, Colm, Aidan and Conor, daughters-in-law Merja, Dorothy and Stephanie, his cherished grandchildren Aoife, Nikolas, Elisabeth, Ciara, Aine and Sofia, brother Paddy, sisters Eileen, Maisie and Bridget, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends especially his previous work colleagues in Coillte.

Requiescat in Pace.

Funeral Arrangements.

Mr Ryan will repose for Requiem Mass on Monday morning, January 25th, at 11:00am in the Parish Church of St. Stephen and St. John, Church Street, Chapel Quarter, Castleisland, Co. Kerry, attended by family members only. Mass will be followed by private cremation at the Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mr Ryan, but are unable to do so, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, same service can be viewed online HERE
