It is with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Sunday 3rd January 2021, of Mr George Ruttle (Bommer), Ballyphilip, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his parents Fred and Lucy, and brother Charlie; Mr Ruttle passed away peacefully after a short illness, most bravely borne, while in the care of Dr. Emmet Jordan and his staff at the Cherry Ward, Waterford University Hospital.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his sister Phyllis Stewart (Barnane, Templemore); brothers Ernie, John and Willie; brother-in-law Matt; sisters-in-law Dorothy and Claire; niece Emily; nephews Will, Ben, Adam and Eoin; aunt; uncles; extended relatives; neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Due to National Public Health Guidelines regarding Covid-19 virus restrictions; a funeral service attended privately by family members only, will take place.
