Thurles Fire Brigade are currently (9.30pm) attending to a burning car, in the area known as the Munster Hotel car park, situated at the junction of Cathedral Street and Kickham Street, in the town.
The vehicle, which is completely destroyed, is currently being doused down by foam. Locals at the scene are not aware of how the fire started.
