It was with sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Friday 15th March 2019, of Mrs Margaret McCullagh (née Shanahan), Cloncleigh, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs McCullagh passed away peacefully, following an illness most bravely borne, while surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents Eileen and John; her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughters Fiona (O’Dwyer) and Maria; her sons Brendan, Tadgh and Chris; grandchildren Emma, Connor and Rory; son in law John; sister Mary (Minchin); brothers Martin (Dungarvan) and John; brothers in law; sisters in law; nephews; nieces; extended relatives; John; former colleagues and pupils of Scoil Mochaomhóg Naofa, Two Mile Borris; neighbours and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs McCullagh will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Monday evening, March 18th from 4.00pm to 6.00pm, to arrive at the Church of St, James, Two Mile Borris, at 6.45pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday morning, March 19th, at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the local cemetery.
