It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Monday 12th February 2018, of Mr Maurice Guilfoyle, Hazelwood Grove, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Guilfoyle’s Garage, Clonoulty, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Guilfoyle passed away peacefully while in the care of the Woodlands Nursing Home, Dundrum, Co Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his wife Kitty; his passing is most deeply regretted by his loving family; sons Liam, Connie, Maurice and Mark; daughters Catherine and Mary; sons-in-law Andrew and Pat; daughter-in-law Lyn; grandchildren; his great friend Bridget Ryan; nephews; nieces; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Guilfoyle will lie in repose at Hayes Funeral Home, Clonoulty on tomorrow evening, Wednesday 14th February, from 6.00pm, with removal at 8.00pm to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Clonoulty.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Cormac’s Cemetery, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
