It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 21st December 2017, of Ms Gemma Fitzpatrick, Bohernamona Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, formerly of Mitchel Street, Thurles and the County Library Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her brother Pat; Ms Fitzpatrick passed away peacefully while in the loving care of the Matron and Staff of the Manor Nursing Home, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her brothers John (Tralee), Tommy (Nenagh), Gregory (Perth,Australia), Noel (Dublin); sisters in law; aunt Julia Maher (Cashel); uncle Sean Moloney (Limerick); nieces; nephews; grand nieces; grand nephews; extended relatives and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Ms Fitzpatrick will repose in Hugh Ryans’ Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on St Stephen’s Day, Tues 26th December, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm; to arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles on Wednesday 27th December, at 10.15am.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday morning at 11.00am, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
