It was with great sadness we learned of the death today, Tuesday 27th June 2017, of Mrs Nora Grimes (née Ryan), Lisheen, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Ned; Mrs Grimes passed away peacefully at her home, following a long illness.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughters, Pauline Finnan (Lattin), Geraldine Russell, Noleen Gleeson (Templederry) and Marie Grimes McGrath; Frank and Dylan; sister Molly Flanagan; sister-in-law Maura Ryan; and very special nephew John Grimes; sons-in-law Brendan, Jim and Pat; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Grimes will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles from 5.00pm to 7.00pm on tomorrow Wednesday, 28th June.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11.30am at the Church of St. Mary, Moyne, Thurles, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Note Please: House will remain private on Thursday morning.
