It was with great sadness we learned of the death on Thursday last, June 8th 2017, of Mr Michael O’Dwyer, No 25 Castlepark, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly No 6 Kincora Terrace, Brittas Rd, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his parents Mary and Tom and sister Mrs Ann Gleeson; Mr O’Dwyer passed away unexpectedly at his home. His passing is most sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret; daughters Fiona and Michelle; son-in-law Edward; grandchildren Lauren, Jade, Amy, Lucy, Chantelle, Natasha, Lewis, Shannon and Brandon; his sister Mary; brothers Tommy and Eddie; Catherine and Tom; brothers-in-law; sister-in-law; cousins; nieces; nephews; extended relatives, colleagues of the Prison Officer’s Association and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr O’Dwyer will repose at his home on Monday evening next, from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles, on Tuesday morning at 10.15am.
Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Note Please: Family flowers only, however donations if desired to Suir Haven, Cancer Support Centre, Clongour Road, Thurles. House will remain private on Tuesday morning please.
