Irish Blood Transfusion Service Visits Thurles

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service will be visiting Thurles on Monday 28th November 2016 next.

During the visit, their Mobile Unit will hold a ‘Blood Donation Clinic’ at The Dome, in the grounds beside Semple Stadium here in the town, between the hours of 5:30pm – 8:30pm.

So where possible do please attend and help save a life by giving blood.

Remember staff at this Clinic will care for you in a confidential and professional manner and are always friendly and helpful. If you cannot be accepted for donation for any reason, these trained staff will tell you why, thus ensuring that you are fit and healthy before any blood donation is given. You will also be contacted and informed of any results detected which may affect your health in the future.
