Death Of Fr. John O’Connell Moyne, Thurles

It was with sadness we learned of the death, today Wednesday 17th February 2016, of Fr John O’Connell, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Born in Caherconlish, Co.Limerick, Fr. John served in Wandsworth in England; Newport; Knockavilla; New-Inn and as A.P. in Moyne. His passing is most sadly missed by his sisters-in-law Mary and Alice, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Fr. John will repose in Moyne Church, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on tomorrow, Thursday,  February 18th 2016, from 4:00pm with evening prayers at 7:30pm.

Funeral Mass on Friday at 2:00pm, with burial immediately afterwards in Moyne Cemetery.
