A Tipperary man, with an address at Killenaule Road, Fethard, Co. Tipperary, has gone missing in Waterford city.
The missing man, Mr Kieran Walsh, was last observed walking from Waterford city centre at around 1.20am yesterday (Friday) morning.
It is understood that the 21-year-old may have been heading towards the Grannagh area of Waterford city at this time.
Mr Walsh is described as being approximately 5’10” with brown hair and of stocky build. When last seen he was wearing navy jeans and a black or navy grey cardigan.
Gardaí are asking for anyone who may have seen Kieran or who could assist them in finding him, to contact Waterford Garda station on Tel: (051) – 305300, or the Garda Confidential Line Tel: 1800 666 111 or indeed any Garda Station.
UPDATE: It is with regret we report that the body of 21 year old Mr Kieran Walsh, reported here as missing in Waterford city, has been located.
