Thurles Deaths 7th & 8th February 2016

BARRY

deathIt was with sadness we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 8th February 2016, of Mr Eamon Barry, Grallagh, Horse & Jockey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Barry passed away peacefully at South Tipperary General Hospital, most deeply regretted by his loving brothers Sean and Br. Charles Kevin (Patrician Brothers, Sydney), sister-in-law Rita, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially his many friends in Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Barry will repose in the Church Hall, Moycarkey this Tuesday evening from 5:30pm with removal at 7:00pm to St. Peter’s Church, Moycarkey.

Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11:30am followed by burial immediately afterwards in Ballymoreen cemetery.

DIXON

With-sincere-sympathy It was with sadness we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 8th February 2016, of Mrs Nancy (née O’Connor) Dixon, Clongour, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mrs Dixon passed away peacefully in her 90th year, while in the loving care of the Matron and Staff of St Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles. Beloved wife of the late Christopher (Christy) Mrs Dixon, she was predeceased by her brothers David and Paddy.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughter Anne-Marie,  son Padraig, daughter in law Marie, grandson Joseph, grand daughters Anne-Marie and Mairead, their husbands Proinsias and Owen, great grand daughter Trisha, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, very good friends and neighbours.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Dixon will repose at Egan’s Funerals Home, Thurles, this Wednesday 10th February from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, tp arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption for 8:30pm.

Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 11:00am in the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles, followed by burial in St Patrick’s cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles.

MAHER

death It was with sadness we learned of the death, on the 7th of February 2016, of Mr John Maher, Upper Coolanga, Rossmore, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Camas Road, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

Beloved son of the late Michael, Mr Maher passed away unexpectedly.  His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Stephanie, sons Kaelem, Cody, Ross and Noah, mother Mary, mother-in-law Breda, uncles, aunts, relatives, work colleagues and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Maher will repose at Devitt’s Funeral Parlour tomorrow, Tuesday evening, from 5:30pm with removal at 7:30pm to Rossmore Church.

Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday at 11:30am followed by burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

RYAN

With-sincere-sympathyIt was with sadness we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 8th February 2016, of Mrs Nancy Ryan (nee Kirwan), Maxfort, Horse & Jockey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Beloved wife of the late Ted, Mrs Ryan passed away unexpectedly at her home. Her passing is deeply regretted by her loving family; Anne O’Grady, Breda O’Dowd and Tom, sons-in-law Seamus and Michael, daughter-in-law Margaret, grandchildren Marguerite, Anne-Marie, Fiona, Carolyn, Damien, Aidan and Timmy, great-granddaughter Bríd, sister Winnie Maher, brother Tom, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Ryan will repose at her residence this Wednesday evening from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday in St. Peter’s Church, Moycarkey at 11:30am, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St. Peter’s cemetery, Moycarkey.
