It is with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday (Friday July 17th 2015) of Jimmie Cummins, Irishtown, Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of No 15, Ard Mhuire, Thurles, Co. Tipperary
Mr Cummins passed away after a short illness bravely borne and is deeply regretted by his loving wife Josie, sons Stephen, Seamus and Eugene, daughters Marie and Caroline, sisters Lizzie and Margaret, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Cummins will repose at his daughter Marie’s residence at No 21 Talbot Court, Freshford Road, Co. Kilkenny on Saturday, July 18th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Removal will take place on Sunday morning, July 19th, to arrive at St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny at 11:15am for Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Burial will take place after Mass in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, arriving at 2:00pm approximately.
