It is with great sadness we report the death yesterday (Thursday 5th February 2015) of Sr. Mary O’Donnell, Presentation Convent, Thurles, Co Tipperary and formerly United States Province.
The passing of Sr. Mary at South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel, is deeply regretted by her Presentation Community here in Thurles, the wider Presentation Congregation, her sisters Chrissie O’Loughlin (Crusheen), Kathleen O’Shea (Killarney) and brother, Roger (Galbally), her brothers-in-law, Christopher and John and sister-in-law Annette, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing in the Presentation Convent Chapel, Thurles, on Saturday from 2.00pm with prayers at 5.00pm.
Sr. Mary’s body will be removed to the Cathedral of The Assumption, on Monday at 10.15am [Map Ref.] for Funeral Mass at 11.00am, followed by burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles,.
