Thurles Lions Club are holding a suicide awareness programme on Saturday January 18th, 2014.
This awareness programme will begin at 10:00 a.m., in the Tipperary Centre for Ind
ependent Living.
Latter building, as most of you will know, is situated to the rear of the once Stradavoher Industrial Estate, in Thurles, Co Tipperary.
This is a four hour programme, fully facilitated by the HSE, during which time qualified personnel will attempt to train people in being more suicide aware.
“This is a free programme and I think this is of particular interest to any of us who work with the public on a day to day basis.”
