It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 26th October 2024, of Mrs Katherine (Kitty) Norton (née Tobin), Main Street, Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Boulea, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and Kilkenny.
Pre-deceased by her loving husband Paddy, her son Pat, daughter-in-law Kathleen and son-in-law Nicky; Mrs Norton passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; daughters Geraldine (Ryan), Anne (Tobin), Bernadette (Walsh), sons William, James, John, Eugene, nephew Seamus, niece Catherine, sons-in-law Paddy and Michael, daughters-in-law Elaine, Angie, Nora, Joan and Grace, her adored 24 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Norton will repose at Dermot Ronan’s Funeral Home, Ballingarry, Thurles on tomorrow afternoon, Monday October 28th, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm same evening, followed by a recital of evening prayers, before being received into the Church Of The Assumption, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles, to arrive at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass for Mrs Norton will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 11:30am. followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Fennor Cemetery, Fennor, Thurles, Co. Tipperary (E41 X638).
