It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Thursday 15th August 2024, of Mr Joe Tynan, St Brigid’s Villas, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Coolderry, Co. Offaly and Pallasmore, Newtown, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick and Mary, and brother Gerard; Mr Tynan passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, while in the care of staff at University Hospital, Limerick City, Co. Limerick
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Chris, sons P.J., Joseph, Martin, Seamus and Donnacha, daughters Cathriona and Mary, grandchildren, sisters Mary (O’Donoghue) and Ann (Kennedy), son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Tynan will repose at Stapleton’s Funeral Home, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary (E41 YT20) on tomorrow afternoon Saturday August 17th from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, before being received into the nearby Church of the Sacred Heart, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, same evening.
Requiem Mass for Mr Tynan will be celebrated on Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in nearby St Brigid’s Cemetery, Borrisoleigh. Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
