It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday, Tuesday 13th August 2024, of Mrs Maura McLoughlin [née Ryan (Hayes)], Kilcommon Village, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Knockmaroe, Upperchuch, Thurles Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Liam and her son baby Donal; Mrs McLoughlin passed away surrounded by her loving family while in the care of staff at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; her daughters Mary (Mac O’Brien) and Pauline, sons Roger, Bill, Tim, Ollie and PJ, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs McLoughlin will repose at O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Cappanaleigh, Upperchurch, Thurles on Friday afternoon, August 16th, from 5:00pm, with removal at 8:00pm to the nearby Sacred Heart Church, Upperchurch, Thurles, same evening.
Requiem Mass for Mrs McLoughlin will be celebrated on Saturday morning, August 17th, at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in nearby Upperchurch cemetery, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
