It was with great sadness that we learned of the death today,Wednesday 22nd May 2024, of Mrs Katherine Quinn (née Wright), The Glebe, Mill Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, and formerly of Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her son Daniel, brother Tom, parents Mickey and Mary; Mrs Quinn passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, following a long illness most bravely borne, and while under the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary and Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken family; her son Aaron, daughters Sinead and Ciara, devoted partner Denis, adored grandchildren Danny, Darragh and Darcie, daughter-in-law Rachel, Sinead’s partner Dan, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncle Jimmy, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Quinn will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, May 23rd, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of Our Lady and St Kevin, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on Friday morning, May 24th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by a cremation service in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, [V14 PV30] at 4:00pm.
