It was with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Wednesday 10th April 2024, of Ms Ann Russell, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Boulabeha, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents Mary and Michael; Ms Russell passed away peacefully following a long illness most bravely borne, while in the care of staff at Unit B, Community Hospital of the Assumption, Castlemeadows, Gortataggart, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; sisters Margaret (Shortt), Mary (Darling) and Josephine (Lawlor), nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law Edward, Ian and Tim, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours, a close circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Ms Russell will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Saturday afternoon, April 13th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Sunday morning April 14th at 10:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
A Cremation Service will be held in the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork on Monday, April 15th, at 12:00 noon.
