It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Friday 8th March 2024, of Mr James (Jimmy) Farrell, Heritage, Parkmore, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents Jer and Mary, parents-in-law Michael and Áine O’Meara, sister-in-law Eileen (Malone); the passing of Mr Farrell will be most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his loving wife and best friend Ann, brothers Liam, Tom, John and Pat, brothers-in-law Fr. Michael O’Meara, Tom O’Meara and Alo Malone, nieces Aileen (Malone-Corley), Áine (Malone) and Christine (Farrell), nephews James and John, nephew-in-law Tadhg (Corley), sisters-in-law Phyllis, Anne and Breda, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Farrell will repose at his residence (E53 AX83), on Monday afternoon next March 11th from 3:30pm until 7:30pm same evening.
His remains will be privately removed from his residence on Tuesday morning, March 12th, to be received into St. Cronan’s Church, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary (E53 PK82), to further repose for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining church graveyard.
