It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 6th December 2022, of Mrs Kathleen Lyons (née Ryan), Ballyluskey, Drangan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Maurice and daughter Helen; Mrs Lyons sadly passed away while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving family; Catherine (McCormack), Maurice, Marie (Moloney), Johnjoe, Rita (O’Connor), Philip, Bernadette (Fitzgerald), Geraldine (Butler), Josephine (Meagher), Paul and Noel, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Delia, Eileen and Maggie, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Requiescat in pace.
Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Lyons will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, Killenaule, Thurles on tomorrow evening, Thursday, December 8th, from 5:00pm with prayers at 8:00pm.
Her body will be received into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Drangan, Thurles, on Friday morning, December 9th, at 10:45am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the nearby Assumption Graveyard, Knockroe, Drangan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
