It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death today, Thursday 29th September, 2022, of Mrs Edel Farrell, Glenmore Drive, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Farrell passed away peacefully following a long illness, in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Windmill Road, Moneymore, Drogheda, Co. Louth.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving wife Lorraine, children Stefan and Jane, Nana Jean, sister Susan, brother Paul, brother-in-law Martin and sister-in-law Christine, Stefan’s partner David, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
Thr body of Mrs Farrell will repose at her place of residence, tomorrow afternoon, Friday, September 30th, from 2:00pm until 7:00pm.
A celebration of her life will take place in Dardistown Crematorium, Collinstown Cross, Old Airport Rd, Dardistown, Co. Dublin, at 10:00am on Saturday morning, October 1st.
Mrs Farrell had previously requested that family and friends should please wear colorful clothing.
