Death Of Daniel Dobbyn, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Monday 7th February 2022, of Mr Daniel Dobbyn, Clongour, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by his daughter Catherine, sisters Ita, Bud, Veronica and Pamela, brothers Pascal and Seamus; Mr Dobbyn passed away peacefully at Aut Even Hospital, Co. Kilkenny.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, daughter Ann, son Jim, son-in-law Paul, sisters Kay and Esther, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Dobbyn will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Wednesday evening, February 9th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, before being received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles at 7:45pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday morning, February 10th, at 11:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards afterwards in Killinan Cemetery, Killinan, Nenagh Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mr Dobbyn, but are unable to do so, due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic; same can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending Requiem Mass will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing, face covering, with no hand shaking.]
