It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Thursday 7th October 2021, of Mrs Ann Murphy (nee Grogan), St. Patrick’s Gardens, Deerpark Road, Cashel and formerly of Thurlesbeg, Ardmayle Road, Cashel and Garrenroe, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Murphy passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at University Hospital Waterford.
Pre-deceased by her husband Billisie; her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughter Betty, grandchildren Marcella and Damien, great-grandsons Colm, Adam and Nathan, sister Helen, brothers Jimmy, George, Michael and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Murphy will repose at Devitt’s Funeral Home, The Green, Cashel, this evening, Saturday, October 9th, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Her body will be received into the Church of St. John the Baptist, Friar Street, Cashel, to further repose for Requiem Mass on Sunday, October 10th, at 12:00 noon, followed by interment in Ardmayle Cemetery, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Murphy, but are unable to do so, due to current virus restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.
