Death Of Robert Shorley, Thurles, Co Tipperary.

It is with the deepest regret and sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 17th August 2021, of Mr Robert Shorley, St. Mary’s Avenue, Thurles, Co Tipperary.

The passing of Mr Shorley is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons Robert, Brian, Noel, Declan and Mark, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Shorley will repose at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Thurles for family and close friends on tomorrow evening Wednesday August 18th, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
The funeral cortège bearing his remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street Thurles, on Thursday morning, August 19th, at 10:30am, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mr Shorley, but are unable to do so, due to current coronavirus pandemic restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
