It was with the deepest regret that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 31st July 2021, of Mrs Mary (Peggy) Byrne (née Dorney), Clobanna Terrace, Mitchel Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Byrne passed away peacefully at her place of residence, while under the wonderful care of her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughters Carmel (Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, London) and Nuala, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Ray and Richard, sister Eileen (London), nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, cousins, extended relatives, great neighbours and many good friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Byrne will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Tuesday evening August 3rd, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Her body will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Wednesday morning, August 4th, at 10:30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will follow immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Byrne, but are unable to do so, due to current coronavirus pandemic restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.
