It was with the deepest regret that we learned of the death, yesterday Friday 30th July 2021, of Mr Philip Maher, No.72 Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his sisters Eileen and Marie; Mr Maher passed away peacefully following a short illness most bravely borne and while surrounded by his loving family in the care of staff at the Milford Care Center.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his devoted wife Anne, sons P.J., Michael, Philip and Ruairí, daughter Jennifer, grandchildren Aoife, Kate, Philip-Michael, Tom, John, Jennifer, Clodagh, Alex, Ella, Niamh, Lucia and Amelia, brothers James and Patrick, sisters Anne, Bunty and Noreen, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The funeral cortège, bearing the earthly remains of Mr Maher, will leave his residence on Monday morning, August 2nd, at 10:00am, to be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles at 10:30am to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mr Maher, but are unable to do so, due to current coronavirus pandemic restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.
