It was with great sadness and regret that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 6th March 2021, of Mr Michael (Mick) Gleeson, No 9 Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Knocklong, Co. Limerick.
Mr Gleeson passed away suddenly, while in the care of staff at Waterford Regional Hospital.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, son Shane, daughter Fran (McMahon), grandchildren Laura, Lisa, Ava and Ruby, son-in-law Richie, daughter-in-law Vig, sister-in-law Helen, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The funeral cortège, bearing the earthly remains of Mr Gleeson will leave his residence on Wednesday morning, March 10th, at 10.15am, to arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will follow immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service of Mr Gleeson, but are unable to do so, due to current coronavirus pandemic restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.
