It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Friday 1st January 2021, of Mrs Elsie McAuliffe (née Kennedy), No. 84 Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Knockfune, Curreeny, Templederry, Nenagh.
Mrs McAuliffe passed away at her place of residence, while in the loving care of her family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her husband Jerry; sons Noel, Gerard and Diarmuid; daughter Elizabeth; daughters-in-law Sue, Mary and Lisa; son-in-law Mike; grandchildren Hugh, Eoin, Fintan, Sarah, Brian, Thomas, Jason, Noah and Ben; nieces; nephews; extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs McAuliffe will repose for Requiem Mass, attended by family members only, in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, on Monday morning, January 4th, at 11:00am, followed by interment in St. Patrick’s cemetery Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mrs McAuliffe, but are unable to do so, due to the coronavirus pandemic, same funeral service can be viewed online HERE.
