It is with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Friday 6th November 2020, of Mrs Mary Stokes (née Doyle), Cloughmartin, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Nicholas; Mrs Stokes passed away peacefully at her place of residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by by her son Jim; daughters Marguerite; Josephine; Mary and Irene; sister Peggy (Gleeson); nephews; nieces; brother-in-law Pat (Stokes); sisters-in-law Moira and Bríd (Doyle); extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The funeral cortége carrying the earthly remains of Mrs Stokes will leave her residence on Sunday morning next, 8th November, at 10.45am, to be received into the Church of St. Peter, Moycarkey, Thurles, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.
[Note: Due to national Public Health Guidelines regarding Covid-19 virus restrictions; attendance within the Church building will be limited to 25 persons only, with strict adherence to social distancing and face covering please.]
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in the nearby Old Cemetery, Moycarkey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
