It is with sadness that we learned of the death today, Thursday 17th September 2020, of Mr Eddie Cooke, Croke Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Cooke passed away peacefully, following a short illness, while in the care of staff at St Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving family; his devoted wife Kitty; daughters Nora and Catherine; son Patrick; adored grandchildren Kevin and Ellen; sons in law Pat and Gerry; daughter-in-law Avril; sister Mary; brothers John and Peter; nieces; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Cooke will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Saturday, September 19th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm (Adherence to social distancing and face coverings is essential).
His body will arrive to the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles on Sunday September 20th for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles.
