It is with sadness we learned of the death today, Thursday 28th November 2019, of Sr. Joseph Darmody, Presentation Convent, Midleton, Co. Cork; Doneraile, Co. Cork; Ballygriffin, Co. Cork, and Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Daughter of the late James and Hannah Darmody and sister of the recently deceased Jerry Darmody; Sr. Joseph (Alice Mary) passed away peacefully at Conna Nursing Home, Co. Cork.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her Presentation Community; her nephews; nieces; grandnephews; grandnieces; cousins; extended relatives and her many friends.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Sr. Joseph will lie in repose at the Presentation Convent, Middleton, on tomorrow afternoon, Friday November 29th, from 2:00pm until 4:30pm, before removal to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, St. Mary’s Road, Midleton, Co. Cork.
Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the Presentation Community Plot within the adjoining cemetery.
