It was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, 7th October 2019, of Mrs Eileen O’Sullivan (née Scanlon), O’Mahony Avenue, Bandon, Co. Cork; late of Knocknagoshel, Co. Kerry and Upperchurch, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Jerry; Mrs O’Sullivan passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of the nursing and medical staff of the Bon Secours Hospital, Co. Cork.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her sons Conor and Kevin; daughters Anne, Mary, Evelyn, Yvonne and Una; sons-in-law; daughter-in-law; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nephews; nieces; extended relatives; neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs O’Sullivan will lie in repose at Gabriel and O’Donovan’s Funeral Home, Castle Road Upper, O’Mahony Avenue, Cloghmacsimon, Bandon, Co. Cork on Wednesday from 5:00pm followed by prayers at 7:00pm.
Reception Prayers on Thursday morning at 11:00am in St. Patrick’s Church, Bandon, followed by Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
