It was with sadness we learned of the death today, Tuesday 10th September 2019, of Sr. Johanna Heffernan, Little Sisters of the Assumption (L.S.A), Finglas, Dublin; Late of Holycross, Co. Tipperary and also of New Zealand.
Predeceased by her parents Edmond and Johanna, her brothers Jim, Lar, Mick and Ned; Sr. Johanna passed away while in the tender care of the staff of Marian House Nursing Home, Holy Faith Convent, Glasnevin, Co. Dublin.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her sisters-in-law Mary and Maura; her nieces; nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews; her extended family and by her community of the Little Sisters of the Assumption, both here in Ireland and in New Zealand.

Funeral Arrangements
Reposing in her Community house in Finglas, Co. Dublin on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday September 11th, from 4.30pm, with evening Prayer at 5.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be held in St. Canice’s Church, Main Street, Finglas Village, Dublin 11 on Thursday morning, September 12th, at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Glasnevin Cemetery, Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Co. Dublin.
