It was with sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 19th June 2019, of Mrs Josephine McCormack (née Hastings), Graniera, Milestone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and late of Amigan, Croagh, Co. Limerick.
Predeceased by her husband Patrick; Mrs McCormack passed away peacefully, following a short illness, at Milford Care Centre, Co. Limerick.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving sons Dan and Denis; daughter-in-law Therese; sister Mary; cousins Mary, Bridie, Kitty and Patrick; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs McCormack will lie in repose at McCormack’s Funeral Home, Kilcommon, Thurles, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by removal thereafter to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Upperchurch, Thurles.
Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday morning at 11.30am, with interment immediately afterwards in the nearby Upperchurch Cemetery.
