It was with sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Sunday 2nd December 2018, of Mr Robert J. (Bob) Hyland, Mitchel Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, and formerly Galbally, Co Limerick.
Mr Hyland passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, while in the wonderful care of the staff of the Community Hospital of The Assumption, Thurles.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his wife Maura (née Cahill); daughters Breeda (O’Brien), Mary (Kraitt), Aileen (Hyland) and Catherine (Fogg); grandchildren Molly, Lily, Dermot, James, Ellen, Anna, Caitlin, Sarah and Emily; brothers Mickey, Peadar, Paddy, Billy and T.P.; sisters Cissie, Kathleen, Chrissie and Marion; sons-in-law; nephews; nieces; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Hyland will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on tomorrow evening, Tuesday 4th December, from 4.00pm to 6.30pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles at 7.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday morning, December 5th, at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
